Editorial Policy

Our goal is that every operational claim about Nomad eSIM on this site can be traced back to a live Nomad source. This page explains how we research, write, fact-check and update our guides.

Sourcing

Facts about activation rules, refund terms, device compatibility, hotspot behaviour, add-on availability and coupon exclusions are checked against Nomad's own help-centre articles, product pages and policy documents. Each guide lists its sources and the date they were checked in a "Sources and update note" section at the end of the article.

What we do not do

• We do not invent specific prices, data allowances or coverage maps that Nomad has not published live.
• We do not guarantee network performance, speed or uptime — those depend on local infrastructure Nomad does not control.
• We do not hide plan exclusions (such as Thailand's special promo-code and installation-timing rules) to make a sale easier.
• We do not accept payment from Nomad or any competitor to change a recommendation or rating.

Updates and corrections

eSIM terms, coupon eligibility and device-compatibility lists change. We revisit guides periodically and update the "last reviewed" date shown at the top of each article when something material changes. If you find outdated information, please let us know and we will review it.
